The Red Zone Guarantee
Red Zone Strength warrants to the original purchaser that Red Zone Strength equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the periods listed below.

Exclusive Remedy
Red Zone Strength’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be the repair or replacement of defective parts, or the supply of labor to remedy any defect, as determined by Red Zone Strength.
Exclusions & Limitations
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Products purchased through unauthorized dealers, resellers, internet sellers or private-party sales are not covered.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cables, belts, chains, wear guards, powder coat finishes or upholstery damage resulting from regular use.
- This warranty does not cover improper assembly, inadequate maintenance or installation of parts not supplied by Red Zone Strength.
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, corrosion, neglect, theft, vandalism, fire, flood, lightning, freezing, natural disasters, collision or unauthorized modifications.
- Use of equipment in environments subject to excessive temperatures or moisture may void the warranty.
Unauthorized Sales Policy
Any sale of Red Zone Strength products by an unauthorized source or in a manner not authorized by Red Zone Strength voids all warranty coverage. Red Zone Strength recommends verifying all dealers and resellers directly through Red Zone Strength prior to purchase, especially for online purchases.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Red Zone Strength be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages related to the use of its products.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims and product issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Red Zone Strength.
